Dr. Aslı Elif Tanuğur is a food engineer and a mother. Aslı Elif Tanuğur decided commercially producing royal jelly and propolis, which she met for the treatment of her son who is allergic to antibiotics, and became the first company in this field in Türkiye. She expanded her business in a short time and opened an office abroad beyond the borders of Türkiye. She exports products to many countries and introduces Anatolian propolis to the world. Aslı Elif Tanuğur, who took risks, believed in what she could do and succeeded, created an important future for royal jelly and propolis in Türkiye.
Propolis, which was not produced in our country in those years, for producing it for the first time in our country and to extract it into drop form that the human body can digest, today both our country and Europe are providing food and supplement products from value-added Anatolian bee products. It has become the largest company in skin care products. It introduces our country's values to the world by exporting to 30 countries. In addition to producing Anatolian propolis and other Anatolian bee products in high quality, they also progress with an R&D-centered university-industry cooperation approach by revealing their health effects through scientific studies. With their scientific studies, social responsibility projects in the field of beekeeping and innovative projects they have developed, she has been deemed worthy of many national and international awards with those products since the day it was founded. She continues journey of becoming a world brand with firm steps in order to bring the healing of unique products coming from bees to the whole world.

Mamajoo produced Türkiye's first bottle with anti-colic valve, which prevents gas formation while feeding babies. At the end of 2021, she brought innovation for the first time by producing Türkiye's first Night & Day feeding bottles, which glow in the dark and enable mothers to find them easily. Mamajoo, which made its first export to China in 2013, started selling on Amazon Europe in 2014. Currently, she has expanded its distributor network in many Asian, European and African countries and exports to more than 20 countries.

The opening of the Helimore company was held on March 8, International Women's Day. The company aims to serve the sectors included in its title, especially the aviation sector. An Agricultural Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with domestic production and software was produced with the trademark registration produced for the first time in Türkiye and in the world. The vehicle in question uses image processing technology to detect weeds on the land and spray them. When the charge drops below a certain level, the vehicle communicates with the produced charging platform and recharges its battery autonomously and then continues spraying.

Kara-Mağden decided to become an entrepreneur after seeing people who lost their limbs due to diabetic wounds while working on a biomaterial that enables rapid healing of diabetic foot wounds during her university years. She founded the BUGAMED Biotechnology initiative in 2017, when accessing the raw materials she needed turned into troublesome processes both in terms of time and money.
BUGAMED has been working on waste recycling and sustainable production technologies since its establishment and directly meets nine of the United Nations Development Goals, produces various biotechnology materials domestically, 100% of which are imported, and produces high value-added products for biotechnology and other related sectors. As a result of the company's R&D activities, type-1 collagen, hyaluronic products, 100% of which are imported in our country. By producing products such as acid, fibroin and sericin, it meets the needs of universities, research centers and other relevant institutions with its domestic production.

Yasemin Korkut first dried the figs in her garden and started selling them on social media. Upon the increase in demand, Korkut added products such as oranges, bananas, tangerines, pineapples, apples, kiwis, radishes, eggplants and peppers to her drying list. Seeing the gap in the market, she built a 200 square meter facility with the grant support of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB).
Korkut, whose business is growing rapidly, increased production capacity from 1.5 tons to 5 tons per day by receiving 400 thousand lira support from the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK) last year.

Kübra Yurtsever Kargı produces value-added products from scented grapes, which do not contribute to the regional economy, and brings them together with the economy. Kübra Yurtsever Kargı, who said goodbye to her corporate business life in 2020, was introduced to scented grapes, a product she had never known before, while studying in the Black Sea region through her husband's family. Discovering that fragrant grapes did not currently contribute to the economy of the region, she started to work on branding different products of the grape to utilize this potential. Aiming to reintroduce scented grapes to biodiversity in the Black Sea lands with their sustainable gardens, they have been producing fruit juice, marmalade, vinegar, grape pickle, grape juice, pickled leaves and frozen grapes from scented grapes since 2021. She ensures that production is increased and value-added gourmet delicacies are offered to the whole of Türkiye with modern and stylish packaging, and that the local people, especially women, contribute to the economy and the regional ecosystem.

Vivoo, founded by Gözde Büyükacaroğlu, is a healthy living platform that allows people to better monitor and understand their own body with various tools. While Gözde Büyükacaroğlu was researching the effects of what she eats on the body with her other female partner, she realized that there were very few applications in this field that would obtain accurate and objective data and give results quickly. Based on this, she decided to establish Vivoo, which would reach the user quickly, be affordable and enable quick action. With urine tests that one can use in the comfort of their home, Vivoo shows users results of different parameters such as water consumption level, pH, calcium, vit -C, magnesium, and gives advice on how to live a healthier life.
The target market of the company, which has more than 100 thousand users and exports to more than 100 countries, is countries whose native language is English, especially America.

While studying at ITU Environmental Engineering, Müge Baltacı realized the need for a change after her internship experience and visits to waste storage, recycling and waste water/drinking water treatment plants. With the belief that the correct use of technology and controlling the process can have a positive impact on the climate crisis, she developed the Köstebek project. Köstebek is a digital infrastructure for the management of electronic waste. With the electronic waste recognition system included in the Köstebek mobile application, it enables the registered collection of unused electronic devices, and offers an ecosystem where people can earn points for the devices they want to recycle and use these points on the donation platform of their choice. Thus, it provides the opportunity to monitor both environmental and social benefits from end to end.

Aysun Aktaş-Akdoğan founded ACS Energy, which operates in the energy sector, in 2015, after working in various government organizations and the private sector. She produces PV solar panels in its factory in Izmir, which she started in 2017, with the slogan "We Produce for a Livable World". By carrying out R&D studies with her registered brand Lexron and constantly improving product quality, she has become a well-known brand at domestic market and abroad. ACS Enerji, which produced flexible panels for the first time in Türkiye, started exporting to the European market with the "Fiber Lens Flexible Panel Production" R&D project. Today, ACS Enerji, which started with an area of 500 m2 and now has a production capacity in a closed area of 5000 m2, does work that the entire energy sector talks about. ACS Energy currently employs 107 people, and 50% of these employees are women. Aktaş-Akdoğan's goal is to contribute to the reduction of global warming, to be among Türkiye's 500 largest Industrial Enterprises, and in the long term, to be one of the 500 most valuable brands in the world in the Brand Finance 500 list.

Aslı Aksoy met asparagus at a fair she attended after working in marketing units in the textile and food industry for 13 years. In 2014, she started pilot production by planting asparagus on 2.5 decares. Aksoy, who continues to gradually plant every year, achieved first harvest in 2017. The company, which made its first export of 5 tons in 2020, reached 20 tons of production in 2021 in an area of 250 decares with a team of 50 people. Aslı Aksoy, who created a new market in our country with asparagus, is at Elibelinde Tarım, she became Türkiye's second largest asparagus producer. She dreams of popularizing the rural production model, spreading local asparagus to more production areas, and turning it into an industry by increasing asparagus production, which offers great opportunities in export.

Burcu Karaca-Uğural founded Bpreg Composite in September 2017 as an advanced materials startup that develops and manufactures recyclable, high-performance and lightweight industrial biocomposites using natural fibers from fibrous agricultural crops such as flax and hemp. She develops industrial biocomposites from fibrous agricultural crops to increase the use of recyclable materials. BPREG's natural fiber reinforced composite materials, registered under the name "EcoRein", are used in sectors such as automotive, sports equipment, white goods, furniture and consumer goods. This product shows similar high performance to synthetic materials used in various sectors, reducing the use of petroleum-based synthetic materials with high environmental burden and reducing the carbon footprint.

Born in 1968, Gamze Cizreli created her first venture, Ankara's first cafe "CAFEMİZ", after completing her education at METU Faculty of Business Administration. After her CAFEMİZ initiative, she combined her interest in pastry with different perspectives and founded the brands "KUKİ" and then "QUICK CHINA", which offers Far Eastern cuisine at affordable prices.
In her second entrepreneurship period, in 2007, when she continued on her own, she started working as BigChefs. She launched the Cafe - Brasserie brand. Big Chefs restaurant chain, which was opened in Ankara without any resources, entirely with bank loans and forward payment plans, expanded to Istanbul in 2009 with the partnership established with Saruhan Tan. In the medium term, Aysu Gürman aims to create a positive impact such as sustainable practices in the olive oil sector, an increase in alternative sources of income from new products, and the protection of soil and water resources.
